On this episode of  “What’s Cooking?” Chef Merry makes a blueberry breakfast cake. When doing this episode we posted a picture of our setup and somebody guessed blueberry lemon muffins...so they were pretty close.

This is both a very tasty breakfast treat, pretty portable, & involves no wrappers! It is very rich in blueberry flavor and the lemon zest used adds a little extra kick of flavor.

What’s Cooking? | Skillet Pasta – Ep. 6

On this episode of our “What’s Cooking?” Chef Dave makes pumpkin a skillet pasta. Growing up with an Italian mother, I had pasta of all sorts all time. It got to the point that I became a little sick of it. For the longest time I didn’t want to have any sort of pasta, but then decided to give this recipe a try.

Something about this specific combination of ingredients made me love it. Now this dish is on my regular rotation and is made quite frequently. It also goes well with some garlic bread, for the sauce you don’t eat with the pasta.

What’s Cooking, Episode 3: Chicken Enchilada Pasta

Lynn, MA – On this episode of our “What’s Cooking?” we make a chicken enchilada pasta! This dish combines pasta with elements of a chicken enchilada to create a great-tasting, and fast, dinner.

With this dish you can kick up the spice level a little by getting a hotter taco seasoning or adding your favorite hot sauce when combining all the ingredients.

For the chicken you can just heat up some frozen chicken, grill up or poach some chicken breasts…whatever you want to do. This recipe is very flexible and you can easily do and add many things to it.
